While the hotel has a nice ambiance and comfortable rooms, the ongoing construction and service issues leave much to be desired. The cleanliness and efforts from housekeeping were commendable, yet the lack of hot water and missing shower amenities significantly impacted my stay. Overall, I couldn't justify the price given the state of the facilities and unresolved complaints.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Putrajaya. The staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast at Palms Cafe was fantastic, and I loved the baba nyonya dishes at Madam Lee restaurant. However, during a graduation dinner event, I found the dessert selection lacking in quality, and the sound system needed improvement. Overall, it was a delightful stay with minor hiccups that didn't overshadow the positives.

I had an amazing family vacation here! The hotel is perfect for families with spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast selection. The staff went above and beyond, especially for my daughter's birthday surprise. The only downside was the pool being crowded on the first day, but the second day made up for it with plenty of activities. Overall, great value for money!
