A Culinary Delight!

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread at Palm Garden Hotel. Although it wasn't the most extensive I've seen, the local flavors stood out and were incredibly delicious. The nasi lemak with chicken rendang was a personal favorite! The staff were also attentive, ensuring everything was fresh and well-presented. I'll definitely be returning for more in the future!

Spacious and Comfortable!

The room I stayed in was quite spacious – nearly 40 square meters! It had ample storage space and all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The enchanting view of the internal courtyard was a highlight, especially at night when the lights illuminated the surroundings, creating a lovely ambiance.

Fun Pool Experience!

My kids had a blast at the hotel’s outdoor pools. One of them had a slide that was perfect for them! It was great to see families enjoying themselves in the water, and I appreciated that there were adequate facilities for younger guests. It makes any family trip so much more enjoyable when the kids can have fun!

Relaxing Ambiance!

The hotel has done a fantastic job with its outdoor spaces! The main garden area provides a tranquil escape that's perfect for relaxation. While the hotel has a nice ambiance and comfortable rooms, the ongoing construction and service issues leave much to be desired. The cleanliness and efforts from housekeeping were commendable, yet the lack of hot water and missing shower amenities significantly impacted my stay. Overall, I couldn't justify the price given the state of the facilities and unresolved complaints.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Putrajaya. The staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast at Palms Cafe was fantastic, and I loved the baba nyonya dishes at Madam Lee restaurant. However, during a graduation dinner event, I found the dessert selection lacking in quality, and the sound system needed improvement. Overall, it was a delightful stay with minor hiccups that didn't overshadow the positives.

I had an amazing family vacation here! The hotel is perfect for families with spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast selection. The staff went above and beyond, especially for my daughter's birthday surprise. The only downside was the pool being crowded on the first day, but the second day made up for it with plenty of activities. Overall, great value for money!
